Do I need to fax Xukor the release signed by the candidate?

Generally no, we do not need a signed release. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act you must have your applicant’s express written permission to access any of his/her information. You must keep this signed document for review; from time to time we may request copies of the documents for audit purposes.

Is there a startup charge with setting up a new account?

The Cyber Hire application does not require a setup fee; all major credit cards are accepted .

Xukor required forms and information:

Before the screening process begins, we require the completion of a Xukor Service Agreement. We perform a detailed background check on a business before the application is accepted. The checks performed are as follows: copies of a business license and/or articles of incorporation, business credit reports, liens, judgments, bankruptcies, civil filings and bank and trade references. After submitting your application online, please fax the corresponding document to Xukor at 770-740-1856

Once your account is established with Xukor, you will have access to a detailed reference section on the client extranet site which will allow you 24/7 access.
